Browsing and contacting us

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, phone number, any email address and project details you provide (including home preferences, land or property details, timing, and optional budget estimates in a home assessment), your preferred appointment date and time if requesting a visit, your office check-in time if signing in, your selected home or topic, the page you contacted us from, and available campaign information. For a sell or trade request, we also receive the home details and any photos you choose to attach. These are for private review and are not automatically published as a listing. We use this information to respond to your request by phone or email. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, or financial documents. This form is not a credit application. A home assessment also offers a separate, optional credit authorization. If you choose it, we receive your signature, signing name, the authorization text and version, a record reference, the date and time reported by your device, and the signed PDF. You can open and download your copy before sending. We do not request your Social Security number or birth date in this online authorization, and the website does not automatically obtain a credit report.

Home shortlists and visit requests

A consultant can create a shareable home shortlist linked to an existing MHC customer record. That page shows selected models and consultant contact information. If you request a conversation or visit from the shortlist, your supplied name, phone number, preferred home and time, message, and contact permission are saved directly in the MHC CRM. We create a follow-up task and notify the assigned consultant and sales office by email. A request is not a confirmed appointment. Shared links expire after 90 days and can be disabled by staff; responses remain in the customer record. We also retain campaign labels and referral partner codes supplied with website inquiries to understand which posts and partners brought the inquiry.

Inquiry delivery and spam protection

Our forms send your inquiry through FormSubmit to our sales inbox. On a consultant’s personal website, the inquiry also identifies that consultant and copies their listed email address. FormSubmit processes the submission and provides a security check using Google reCAPTCHA. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days. When you submit a signed authorization, we first save its PDF, contact details, consultant assignment, authorization version, PDF hash and server receipt time in a private website archive restricted to the website owner. Saving the record does not confirm email delivery. Our team also retains the email correspondence and customer-file records used to handle your inquiry. Contact us about access or deletion requests. FormSubmit documentation says uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. Home photos submitted for a sell or trade review are sent as email attachments and are not stored in the signed-authorization archive. Retain your original photos and any downloaded signed PDF. Creating a signed PDF alone does not send it; you must submit the form and complete the security check. When you press Send, we save a private text copy of your inquiry and delivery status on this website. After the form service calls our delivery endpoint, we send that saved inquiry to the MHC CRM as a new Von Ormy lead, including your contact details, answers, page and campaign information. Personal consultant pages identify the consultant for CRM assignment; general store inquiries remain unassigned. A CRM rejection or unconfirmed connection remains visible to the website owner for follow-up. Signed PDFs and home photos are not uploaded through this CRM connection; a signed authorization includes a reference to its separately protected record. Our team retains inquiry and delivery records to follow up and resolve delivery problems. Applications completed on PorchPass are handled by that separate service.

Campaign information and browsing

We temporarily save campaign codes and the landing page in your browser’s tab session so those details can accompany an inquiry after you browse to another page. We do not save your form answers in browser storage. No advertising pixels or call-conversion trackers are installed. Home search filters are not saved between visits. Our hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and protect the website.

External services

Some model photographs and floor plans load from manufacturer or other external providers. Maps, Matterport tours, and other virtual tours open external services with their own privacy practices. TikTok videos load the TikTok player only when you choose to watch. The player may process technical information and use cookies under TikTok’s privacy practices. Signing in to the restricted catalog editor and signed-authorization archive uses ChatGPT authentication.
